These terms and conditions ("Terms") govern the use of the 24bdb platform and all its services. By accessing the 24bdb website, creating an account, or using any service, you confirm that you have fully read, understood, and accepted these Terms.

The key terms used in this document are defined as follows:

• "Platform" refers to the 24bdb website, its mobile version, and all associated digital services.
• "User" or "Member" refers to any person who accesses services through a registered account on the platform.
• "Account" refers to a user's personal gaming profile created through registration on the platform.
• "Bonus Balance" refers to funds awarded under a promotional offer that cannot be withdrawn before the applicable wagering requirements are met.
• "Real Balance" refers to funds deposited directly, which are generally not subject to any wagering restrictions.
• "Wagering Requirement" refers to the total bet amount that must be placed before bonus winnings become withdrawable.

2.1 Age Limit & Eligibility

To create an account and use gaming services on 24bdb, you must be at least 21 years old. This platform is operated exclusively for users aged 21 and above. 24bdb may request identity verification at any time to confirm age. Providing false information will result in immediate account closure and all balances may be forfeited.

2.2 One Account Policy

Each person may create only one account. If a single person is found to hold multiple accounts, those accounts will be treated as duplicates and all accounts along with their associated balances will be forfeited.

2.3 Accuracy of Registration Information

All information provided at registration — including name, address, mobile number, and payment details — must be fully accurate and up to date. If any information changes, the user must notify the customer support team immediately.

It is your responsibility to keep your account login credentials completely confidential. Do not share your password with anyone, and always log out after using a public device.

• Report any unauthorized activity on your account to 24bdb customer support immediately.
• Transferring, selling, or renting your account to any third party is strictly prohibited.
• 24bdb will never ask for your password via email or chat — any such request is fraudulent.
• Use a strong, unique password and change it regularly.

24bdb uses SSL encryption technology to keep your information secure. However, 24bdb is not responsible for any security breach resulting from a user's own negligence.

4.1 Accepted Payment Methods

24bdb currently accepts transactions through the following Mobile Financial Services (MFS) available in Bangladesh:

• bKash — Bangladesh's most widely used mobile banking service
• Nagad — Mobile financial service operated by the postal department
• Rocket — Dutch-Bangla Bank's mobile wallet service

Approved withdrawals are generally processed within 5–30 minutes. 24bdb reserves the right to hold a withdrawal request for review during the verification process or if suspicious activity is suspected.

4.4 Withdrawal Terms

• The account details provided for withdrawal must match the registered name.
• Winnings earned from bonus balance require the applicable wagering requirements to be met before withdrawal.
• If fraudulent or suspicious activity is detected, the withdrawal will be suspended and investigated.
• All transactions must be completed using your own account — use of third-party accounts is prohibited.

5.1 Welcome Bonus

New members receive a 150% bonus on their first deposit at 24bdb — up to a maximum of ৳10,000. For example: depositing ৳1,000 gives a ৳1,500 bonus, making the total balance ৳2,500. Or depositing ৳14,000 or more gives the maximum ৳10,000 bonus, making the total balance ৳24,000.

5.2 Wagering Requirements

The wagering requirement for the welcome bonus is 25 times the bonus amount. Wagering is calculated on the bonus amount only, not on the combined total of deposit and bonus. Example: ৳1,500 bonus × 25 = ৳37,500 in total bets must be placed before bonus winnings become withdrawable.

5.3 General Bonus Terms

• The welcome bonus is available once only and applies to the first deposit.
• 24bdb reserves the right to modify or withdraw bonus offers at any time.
• Attempting to claim bonus benefits through multiple accounts will be treated as fraudulent activity.
• Bonus balance cannot be transferred to another account.
• Restrictions may apply to the use of bonuses in certain games or game categories — please read the detailed terms of each offer.

6.1 Fair Play Policy

24bdb ensures fair play across all games. Game outcomes are determined by a neutral Random Number Generator (RNG). The use of any external software, bots, or automated playing methods is strictly prohibited.

6.2 Game Cancellation Policy

If a game round does not complete correctly due to a technical error, 24bdb reserves the right to return the bet amount to the user's account. In such cases, partial game results may not apply.

6.3 Special Rules for Sports Betting

The odds displayed when placing a bet in the sports betting section are final. If an event is cancelled, the bet will be void and the amount will be refunded. Bets related to match-fixing or any irregular activity may be cancelled.

6.4 System Errors

24bdb is not obligated to honour winnings or balances displayed incorrectly due to a software or hardware error. If an incorrect amount is credited to an account due to an obvious error, 24bdb reserves the right to correct it.

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the 24bdb platform. Violating these prohibitions will result in immediate account closure and all balances may be forfeited:

• Providing false or misleading information during account registration.
• Operating multiple accounts under the same identity.
• Abusing bonuses and promotions or attempting to claim them more than once.
• Playing games using automated bots, scripts, or third-party software.
• Colluding with other players to influence game outcomes.
• Using the platform for money laundering or any illegal financial activity.
• Attempting to hack or bypass the platform's security systems.
• Collecting or using the personal information of other users.
• Conducting transactions using third-party funds or allowing a third party to manage your account.

If any prohibited activity is suspected, 24bdb may temporarily suspend the user's account for investigation. Withdrawals will be paused for the duration of the investigation.

24bdb believes that gambling is a form of entertainment and should always be enjoyed in a controlled and responsible manner. We ask all users to follow the guidelines below:

• Changes to or discontinuation of services due to legal or regulatory changes.

In any situation, 24bdb's total liability for a single incident will not exceed the value of the transaction involved. 24bdb is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential losses.

11.1 Closure by User

At any time, a user may contact customer service to request the closure of their account. Any pending bets will be settled before the account is closed, and any withdrawable balance will be returned. Bonus balance — if the wagering requirements have not been met — will be cancelled.

11.2 Suspended or Closed by 24bdb

24bdb reserves the right to suspend or close an account without notice in the following cases:

• Violation of any provision of the Terms and Conditions.
• If fraudulent or suspicious activity is detected.
• Creating or operating an account with false information.
• If legal or regulatory requirements are not met.

11.3 Self-Exclusion

As part of responsible gaming, a user may request temporary or permanent self-exclusion. During the self-exclusion period, 24bdb will not send promotional communications to that user.
